Service Description
Reinforcing Training Concepts: - Recap of the 10 rules of Strategic Doing with a focus on practical application. - Review and refinement of Pathfinder Projects initiated during training. Confidence Building: - Guided practice sessions for leading Strategic Doing conversations and workshops. - Troubleshooting early challenges in applying the methodology. Strategic Doing Workshop Support: - Coaching to launch and manage a single a Strategic Doing Session. - Focused guidance on identifying assets and setting actionable guideposts. Establishing a Strategic Doing Routine: - Creating a 30/30 process for regular follow-ups with teams or stakeholders. - Structuring productive progress review meetings.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for 3-Month Partnership Cancellation Before the Start Date: - Full refund if cancellation is made at prior to the first session. Cancellation After the Start Date: - If cancellation occurs after the first session but before the second session, 50% of the total fee will be refunded. - No refund will be provided after the second session. Rescheduling Sessions: - Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. - Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Termination by the Coach: - If the coach cancels the partnership for any reason, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unused sessions. Exceptions: - Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the coach.
